This was the second job Robert did for us. We had used him in the beginning of July to repair steps on a two family that we purchased. He did and excellent job and we decided to have him do the repairs on the six family we purchased a bit ago. The house had been neglected for many years and the foundation was in bad disrepair. Robert was very punctual and walked around the house with me explaining what he could do. The house must have been built at different times because some of the foundation was just stone with no mortar and combination of brick, block and concrete. The price was extremely fair and the work was done promptly. He did everything he said he would and in the time frame he said he would have it done in. We were very impressed and would not hesitate to have Robert do work for us in the future.
