We have had to redo the majority of the $20,000+ work he did. The roof leaked causing more damage to my daughters room that had been redone. The kitchen countertops are peeling up, sharp edges with small children, wrong size and cuts to many areas. The bathroom was never completed as we just wanted him out! Our living room is a mess as the drywall is uneven and not sanded properly. He was recommend d by the realtor and it was a disaster!!!

We lost probably about $10,000 because of his mistakes. Overall there was a series of jobs and scopes kept creeping and a lot of change of orders. We had given him a month or more to install the bathroom. He makes the money being a flipper.
