+ -1 moreWe have had to redo the majority of the $20,000+ work he did. The roof leaked causing more damage to my daughters room that had been redone. The kitchen countertops are peeling up, sharp edges with small children, wrong size and cuts to many areas. The bathroom was never completed as we just wanted him out! Our living room is a mess as the drywall is uneven and not sanded properly. He was recommend d by the realtor and it was a disaster!!!

+ -1 moreWe lost probably about $10,000 because of his mistakes. Overall there was a series of jobs and scopes kept creeping and a lot of change of orders. Basically, in less a year we had to tear it out because it was not water tight. It was leaking into its adjacent room. The design was poor from the start. My wife picked them but I didn't. I would fired him much sooner because the man couldn't even cut a 86' 2x4. He kept on cutting them short and I'm standing right there. I'm happy with there performance. We had given him a month or more to install the bathroom. He makes the money being a flipper.
Description of Work: I used the service of Today's Total Home. The work that we had to redo was the master bathroom.

He is a very pleasant person and he gave me suggestions to consider on how he could do each of the jobs. His work is high quality and he exceeded my expectations. He cleaned the job site before he left. I highly recommend chosing Brian Ward for your home improvements.
Description of Work: Installed a replacement side door to the garage and repaired a sill plate for the house foundation that had water damage.

+ -1 moreToday's Total Home provided the lowest overall estimate to perform extensive structural repairs on my home. Other contractor's estimates, including several large Home Rehabilitation firms, were double Today's Total Home's final bill. Brian Ward, the owner, was professional, courteous, punctual and honest in his workmanship and attention to details. When extra work was discovered he clearly outlined the cost and accomplished the work within very strict schedule requirements. I have since used Mr. Ward for other projects and will continue to do so in the future. As a property manager and local real estate owner, I highly recommend Today's Total Home for work of the highest quality and prices well within your budget.
Description of Work: Stuctural damage due to flooding: 1. 2 Posts in basement install to support front section of home 2. Pull in outer wall, sister interior framing, replace/repair joist, 3. Plywood side wall 4. Repair interior window structural framing as needed
