Prior to the service the son of the owner was in constant contact with us.  He was delayed with other jobs and therefore he discounted us the amount of some additional digging equipment, which was fair.
As requested I had the sprinkler people mark our yard.  I was told that since I did this any breakage would be paid for by them. Well, their trucks cracked some of our pipes and broke others.  When I spoke to the son, he very rudely told me that was my problem, they would not pay for the repairs.  Then when the town of Colonie came to inspect the job, they asked for more back fill because the soil had eroded around the front part of the bilco door.  Once again this fabulous company was contacted.  Their response was that it wasn't their fault, it was mine because I didn't have gutters.  Mind you that this door is on the side of my house and the eroded part was more than six feet away from the house.  Those must of been some gutters I needed to install! Anyways, my general contractor, who had recommended these clowns ended up hauling in dirt and doing Loeher's job. I doubt he will be recommending them in the future.

I was happy to find a contractor who was able to come up with a workable solution to eliminate the unsightly culvert from my property. Tom Loehr was certainly a wonderful choice for this work. There is no drainage issue at all, even during heavy rain due to his expertise. He left the area raked, smooth and ready for seeding. I highly recommend him. I prefer not to discuss the cost but it was exactly half of what another contractor had bid.
