He had to remove the stool to unplug the toilet line and cracked a floor tile when he put the stool back on and tightened the screws. It is not so bad and I would still recommend him. He came when he said he would and fixed the problem after 5 years and having intermittent plumbers here trying to fix it. I will use him again in the future.
