 + -1 moreIT WAS FINE. IT WAS OKAY, IT TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO FIX. WE WANTED THEM TO COME OUT HERE TO FIX IT, BUT THEY WANTED US TO TAKE IT THERE, SO THAT WAS KIND OF PAIN. THEY COULDN'T GET TO IT RIGHT AWAY. THE GUY WAS VERY NICE. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC.
Description of Work: WE HAD A VIRUS ON OUR HARD DRIVE AND WE COULD NOT GET BACK UP ON ANYTHING. THEY WIPED EVERYTHING OUT AND RESTORED THE MATERIAL.
