He walked off the job. He never obtained the permits. He had done structural changes to my house and I was the one that went to the builder inspector and found that he needed an architect. I wasn't able to live in my house and I had to hire another company to do the work. He was telling me one story and telling the building inspector another story. I was oblivious because I was not living in the home at the time.

As the job progressed, John suggested other improvements which could be made, especially since the bathroom was torn apart. He was right in his suggestions, so I went ahead with them. After the job was completed, I noticed the toilet was wobbly, so I called them back(twice)to make an adjustment, but they never responded, and for that reason, I would not use this company again. I had to call a plumber to do the follow-up job, and it turned out that the seal was improperly applied causing the loose fit. I also noticed that some of the tiles are not straight, and the seal around the sink has a gap in one spot.

Well, first the guy comes in and right off the bat we could see he was not having a good day, He was cold and not very polite, didn't even introduce himself. Just wanted to see the bathroom. We showed him where some tile was coming loose and told him we would want that fixed and also an insert for the tub. He said no and wanted to completely gut the bathroom and said it would cost at least $6,000 dollars to start. My husband and I looked at each other with our jaws about on the floor. He then said that's your option and turned around and walked away. We were in shock that someone could be that rude. We called their office as soon as the Representative left to complain but only got their answering machine. Don't let this guy in your house.
