Excellent experience. I was shopping for a bathroom renovation and went to the Security Supply Schenectady store. April greeted me and showed me their products and provided excellent advice and customer service. After shopping around at other places, I knew right away that she was the one to assist with my renovation. She is outstanding in every way; extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, well organized, and such a pleasure to work with. She offered sage advice on their vast array of bathroom products to fit my needs, without being pushy in any way. Every step of the way, she provided exemplary assistance for all my needs. I would highly recommend April and Security Supply. My bathroom turned out beautifully and I couldn’t have done it without April and Security Supply.
