He's very good. He did some surgery on my ear and he did a good job. There's a nice waiting room and there's a couple of people who help for the office part, one checks you in and one check you out. They are very good.

I have been experiencing hearing loss. It was suggested that I see an ENT doctor, so I saw Dr. Chapados. He removed wax and did several other things to check my hearing. He said I had some fluid behind an eardrum and prescribed medication fior it with a follow-up visit. The second time he removed more wax and still said there was fluid behind an eardrum. He told me to continue the medication and see him again in 6 weeks. If the fluid is still there, he will have to do some proceedure to get it out. He is very professional and business-like.

He has children himself, so he works really well with children, and he is really friendly. I would absolutely use him again if I needed to.
