Brenda was friendly when she came over to give me a quote. She was very detailed about what they do so I knew what to expect. There were a few things overlooked the first time they were here. I contacted Brenda and she responded right away. The cleaners came back to redo my floor and did some extra cleaning while they wrote here. It looked great when they left.

They did an okay job, and they were less expensive than others I'd priced out. But many details were skipped, and many times I was left feeling like I could have cleaned better in the same amount of time.

Royalty cleaning was great.
We live out in Galway, which is quite far. It's very difficult to get a cleaning service out here. Until this year, they were punctual, fast and left my home clean and dust free. I trusted them implicitly. The owner, Brenda, is extremely communicative and very nice.
5-7 women descend on you like an organized tornado and whip your house into shape. They do not do dishes or laundry (although maybe that's a service you can add- I'm not sure) and you don't actually need to be there.
By 2015 they were so tightly scheduled that getting them way out here was really impacting the quality they were able to deliver. There just wasn't enough time for them to drive so far, be superwomen and get to their other appointments on time. Most of their clientele includes Schenectady, Troy, Cohoes, Albany, etc., so it was better for them to not waste their time coming out here. I will miss them though.
If you live directly in Albany, Schenectady and Troy, I highly recommend this service.

I have been using Royalty for a couple of years. I had used a couple of other companies in the past but their service diminished over time so I decided to give Royalty a try. For the first 6 months they did a great job and then, just like everyone else, the quality of the cleaning was suspect. Details stopped getting done, thoroughness was not there and I had to call to complain a couple of times of poor work. The owner, Brenda, was always pleasant and apologetic and made sure that the issues were corrected but the work would not sustain itself over time. I have thought about changing companies again but based on my previous experience I think they all start out great and then become mediocre. Royal is no better or worse than any other cleaning company but the owner is a good person who does react to poor situations quickly.
