Patrick and Kyle Maloney are a father and son team in a family that has been providing plumbing services to the community for generations. They are top-notch professionals whose expertise and talents are admirable. Patrick stopped by to evaluate what would be needed, and schedule the appointment. In spite of area weather related traffic delays earlier in the day, Kyle arrived on time to provide the labor for this job. I was contacted by phone before he arrived. All this to say sometimes they work a large job together but this was a smaller job needing only one plumber. However, was it slightly more than just exchanging old faucets for new ones. The cold water valve needed replacement in the kitchen, the bathroom faucet drain needed re-piping. There was more, but you get the idea. The work was done quickly, efficiently, with clear explanations, and wonderful clean-up. The cost was $432 including tax and excluding the faucets ( I purchased them independently). The Maloney Plumbing team is polite, caring, pay attention to details, are highly skilled, provide quality work with a very laudable work ethic. Positively Impressive! I will hire again.

Pat and son Kyle arrived right on time, removed the OLD toilet in the powder room and within an hour had a new and reasonably priced, American made toilet installed--also did a fantastic clean up job

Everything went great. It's been 3 days since repairs were made without any leaks or issues. Mr. Maloney was punctual and professional. I will highly recommend to others in the future.

Patrick helped me on the phone and said a service I asked about re my furnace can be done in the fall.  I appreciate his honesty and will definitely call him then.

Pat and his son came on time and went right to work, they let me know what they needed and had the job done before 3 o'clock  I called Pat back a little over a week later, he came over a day later and fixed it. I will definately reckamend them.

The Maloney's (father & son) arrived on time and completed the repairs in less than an hour.  Last night;  Patrick gave me a rough phone quote for parts and labor of $200.00 plus tax.  After the work was completed the actual charge was $160.00 plus tax. Based on their professionalism and quality of workmanship;  I'm planning to have them do some additional upgrades for me this Spring.

They worked on a clogged drain. He did everything he said he was going to do and he was on time. The quote was the same as the bill and that was fantastic. He called us right back and showed up to do the work when he said he would.

One Saturday morning, I decided to replace the cartridge in our Delta-style shower because there was a leak. While trying to remove the bonnet nut (I found an instructional video online), which was covered with deposits from our hard water, I accidentally tore through three copper pipes.
I went straight to Angie's List, and Pat Moloney answered, and explained what I needed. He also apologized that he couldn't get to the house until Monday.
He arrived on Monday, checked out the situation, showed us where he'd have to cut a hole, and returned the next day to do the work. He was a little later than planned, but he accomplished the work very efficiently.
His estimate for the job ($525) was a little high before tax, but after tax, was right on.
Our only concern is that it's now three weeks later, and he still hasn't cashed our check!

Their price was reasonable. I have used them a couple of times and they are a family owned business. They are straight to the point and they get the problem solved. They do not leave a huge mess behind, they clean up well afterwards. They are very prompt and when you leave a message, they get back to you. I will be using them in the future.

Pat was very punctual. He found the outside valve, removed the old shutoff in the basement and soldered on the new one. He cleaned up and made sure all was working well.

This was my second time using Patrick Maloney. He did both jobs competently and stopped the leak from the dishwasher. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with his lack of professionalism concerning the billing. When I initially asked the cost of the job, he stated $100 for one hour labor plus parts. The job he undertook was 3/4 hour, and for that plus the hose I was initially billed $184. I protested the high cost of the invoice, so he lowered that to $170. I still felt it was much too high but he wouldn't budge. I then researched the cost of the hose with the local plumbing supply store that referred him to me. It was all of $13 plus tax, so the markup was ridiculous in my mind. I called him back with this information and he said he would check back on the part cost and call me back. He also told me that his charge was justified because of his coming from far away. A Google search of his business address revealed him to be 11 minutes by car from my home. He failed to call me back promptly, and after I called him back a few days later he returned my call. He said he checked on the cost of the hose but would not tell me the cost as promised. He also said that it was a fair charge given his time. The invoice did not segregate his labor and part cost-it was all lumped together as $170.

In the middle of the install, the plumber assigned couldn't figure out where to attach the in-coming water, so he wanted to drill a new hole through the fiberglass shower liner. Luckily, my capenter caught this before it happened, and I fired the guy.

He was a very pleasant person and worked efficiently. He took care of all the problems we mentioned. We would definitely call him again for plumbing needs.

PAT's service is always exceptional and he can be depended on at all times!!

Thought I had a ground water leak and learned it was a leaky hose from the washing machine.
