first time buying from a dealership and we couldn't be happier. sales person Kurt answered all my car and financing questions clearly and effectively. he even gave me a ride to pick up the car. when after the sale I noticed a small discount hadn't been applied, I inquired about it and they immediately corrected and are sending a refund check. I felt the experience was honest and professional. I would definitely recommend and will return.

It went well. The service team at Mohawk honda is always thorough, prompt and couteous. They also don't try to sell me things that I do not need.

Over the last 2+ years we have bought the Pilot and Accord from Mohawk Honda and could not be more pleased with the vehicles and the service. Both times we worked with Lindsey as our sales person. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We bout the Mohawk Advantage service plans to cover the routine maintenance. Each time we bring the vehicles in for the routine maintenance the service advisors are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone.

They diagnosted the problem quickly and accurately and made the repair while I waited in their luxurious waiting room with gratus beverages, pastry, TV, computer tablets, and WiFi. They previously indicated a temporary fix while we were 1,000 miles away over the telephone without cost to us.

I had to go back because my car was leaking oil. I was told the tech had spilt some oil on the frame , they said they cleaned it and I went home. The next day my car was still leaking oil. I brought it back and after two tries the leak was gone.

It was the absolute worst car buying experience I have had over the last 35 years. The salesman told my wife that the interior trim was wood and in fact it was plastic. His knowledge of the car was minimal at best. I was in dire need of a vehicle, my audi was totaled in an accident, and I signed a contract for the car. I went home, went on line and saw that I had paid over two thousand dollars more than I should have. I went back to Mohawk Honda and I cancelled the deal. I met with a manager and he gave me the lower price but I felt that they were more than willing to prey upon an uneducated consumer.

They were very timely and professional. They assisted me with getting a rental car and the details that were involved with that process.

The sales person I worked with from Mohawk Honda was new there so he was still learning the product but he was good and very professional with me. He got me the price I wanted so I was happy with that. I was in there for about an hour and a half.
