 + -1 moreTHEY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. THEY WIPED OUT THE VIRUSES AND RELOADED ALL THE SOFTWARE THAT WAS REQUIRED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. HE KNEW HOW TO TAKE TECHNOLOGY LINGO AND BREAK IT DOWN INTO SIMPLE WORDS FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND.
Description of Work: THEY DID VIRUS REMOVAL ON A PC.
