I didn't have a good experience with their real estate agent. She was just absent. She was not there for my closing. We used the inspector that she recommended; and later, we found out that there were issues of the house that was not brought to our attention. She was just unresponsive. After we found the house and made an offer, it was like pulling teeth to get her to represent us. I am afraid of having to argue with her rather than the seller. I wouldn't say this to all the Miranda agents; it's just about her. They actually offered a truck that we were able to use while moving, so that was very helpful.
