Horrible Experience! I have never written a negative review previously but I feel so strongly to warn anyone and everyone about this moving and storage company. I was simply moving locally and had them store my personal items for a week. Well, when I received my items back, I had damaged property and when questioning the movers about it, the lead guy started yelling at me and stormed off like a crazy person! Now as a customer...and a woman....I expect and feel that I should be treated professionally and with respect...DID NOT HAPPEN. When I spoke to the company (this is the kicker!) somehow the damage and behavior is not only excusable but....MY FAULT! Somehow I pushed his buttons. Will never use them again and feel that a company who does not take responsibility for their own behavior should not be responsible for my personal belongings.
Description of Work: Moved, stored, and returned household items when I was relocating in the area.
