John and the crew had done a bathroom remodel for me in the past and were great. They were always on time and did great work so when it came time to have my roof replaced and some other work done around the house I called John up. They worked with me on choosing the right shingles prior to coming and doing the work and were very quick on the installation. They removed support 4x4's already in place on back porch and installed all new supports and railings and ceiling. They extended a gutter on the corner of the house I was having particular trouble with water getting into the basement. They even tested water runoff and installed an extra piece to keep water from going over the gutter. I had outdoor lights delivered while they were there and they installed them for me. They also found a wasps nest while installing the soffits and took care of everything before I had gotten home at no charge. All and all John Mantica and his crew were great and some time down the road when I need work done again on the house I will no doubt call John.

John and his crew were always professional, prompt, and thorough. I felt completely at ease having him do this project start to finish!!
