Mark and his colleague Jerry were punctual, professional,and personable. Oh by the way, the carpets and furniture look terrific- all stains, even old ones were removed.The guys were also neat.

My aide (I'm handicapped) made the phone call to Magic Carpet for an estimate and she made a slight error. I am, however, very satisfied with the price as I mentioned above in my appraisal. The Company does fine work and Mark is very personable. Again, I would/will hire them again and put them on my favorites list!

The price was very reasonable. Their service was excellent and the people were nice. It's owner-operated, so the owner of the carpet is the guy who usually shows up to do your carpets which is nice.

IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, WE WERE EXTREMELY SATISFIED. WE HAD THEM COME BACK ANNUALLY. THEY DON'T MAKE A MESS AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY ARE DONE.

IT WAS EXCELLENT, WHEN I CALLED THEM HE SAID THAT HE HAD BEEN BOOKED FOR ABOUT FOUR MONTHS, BUT HE SQUEEZED ME IN. THE JOB TOOK HIM LESS THAN AN HOUR. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE.
