Auto Body Work
The staff were always pleasant and seemed to be accommodating but the repair work took over three weeks to complete. In addition, I am missing a floor mat which I purchased separately from weathertech. They could not find the missing floor mat. What they did do is recognize that the repairs were taking longer than expected and did not charge my insurance company for about 5 days of a rental which was obtained from Lia's rental service.
