My problem was a pillowcase wedged underneath the agitator plate in my washing machine. He was very polite and personable. In this case, it was just a matter of being strong that solved the problem. He checked to make sure the washer was working properly. Payment was minimal, and it might have been the easiest call for the day! Thank you!
