"Ms. [Member Name Removed] called the office yesterday in regards to her ac. I asked her a few questions and and it was mentioned that her unit contained R22. I am the owner of JDJ and the receptionist and have been trained to answer questions regarding troubleshooting prior to dispatching a service technician. At this time R22 has become obsolete and the cost of repair will be extreme. We were advised by Carrier to offer a free estimate for AC replacement. Ms. [Member Name Removed] didn't like what I was saying and was short and hung up on us. Her furnace was replaced in 2016 and we have no records of any return visits and the invoice has her model and serial number clearly on the invoice. Please consider my explanation and take her review with a grain of salt."
"I did tell you verbally on the phone we were doing emergency work and to send the salesman an email. I pulled his emails and his junk folder. Found no emails from you sir. Some of the other companies may have more employees then we do and therefore can analyze their risks. We had someone very close to us succumb to the virus and died so I am sorry that you felt ignore but as the owner of JDJ the safety of our employees and customers was our #1 concerned. Did you call the office number and ask to speak to anyone when you didn't get a follow up? Are you still looking for a quote? I did reach out to my lead installer and he does recall his helpers starting to open them on your table and he had already told them it was not proper before you came out and said anything so if the helpers facial expressions appeared to come across differently in your eyes we are sorry. He also recalls coming out and finding nothing wrong with that unit and never was able to find out why it felt colder in that area. With having no answer to provide you unfortunately he didn't call but as the office support person I wish you had called in again for it to be brought back up to our attention since we do service many homes a week, there are alot more customers with no a/c than there are with too much a/c so sometimes following up on a unit that is cooling sometimes doesn't stay in the forefront of minds. Feel free to call the office and speak to myself or Andy if you wish to have it looked at this season."
JDJ comfort repaired my 1988 furnace. Actually I thought it was died. They repaired and replaced the furnace electronic panel, and both my AC and Heating started working again. Its still working. Great trustable guys for old furnace repairs or installing new once. I 100% recommend them, and will use in the future.
