Lise Holland was the designer we worked with at Homecrest. She was excellent. Very patient and understanding of our needs and very attentive to our concerns since this was our first ever kitchen renovation. She recommended subcontractors to do the kitchen work , as well as installing new hardwood flooring, and both of these were excellent (Shaver Construction and Tom's Precision Floors). We had a Cambria countertop installed by Busch (Syracuse) based on her recommendation and, again, this was excellent. She worked with us every step of the way and we were able to stay on budget and on time during the entire process.

They were terrific, they were top notch. You can't go wrong with Home Crest Kitchens. I am very satisfied with their service. The cabinets are not very expensive but they look it, beautiful work, beautiful quality. Great service, great design people, great follow up. They worked with Lise Holland who coordinated our whole project, she was wonderful. They were professional, very attentive, always ready to answer questions, I can't say enough about them. We called many times and if they weren't there they would call right back. They were very tuned in with what their job was and they should be doing from my point of view.

It was fine. The estimator met with me and my contractor at the house several times and I went to their store and had many phone consultations with them, as well.
