In May 2020, we gave a $1,000 deposit for a fence job for our yard. The materials would take 4 to 6 weeks we were told. A couple of months passed. We tried calling Haley Bros but nobody answered the phone and you can’t leave messages on that phone. So, I sent a couple of e-mails through the website over the summer asking to call me back and inquiring about the job. I got no response back. I saw the address listed on the website so I took a ride there only to find there was nobody in the building, it was cleaned out, vacant. We thought Haley had left town. So, we hired another fence company to do the job. In late September we got a call from someone from Haley stating the materials were in. We told them we tried getting a hold of them all summer and the job was done. We asked them to have the Manager call us as we would like our deposit returned to us. Nobody ever called us back. And again, we called and nobody answered and I cannot leave a message. Very poor business.

They provided an estimate timely and did the work as agreed.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Always responded promptly when I called with questions. Gave me their professional option when needed as we used two types of fencing for our yard with multiple heights.

I would recommend Haley Brothers-staff were responsive and professional. The ground towards the back sloped down and the guys did a nice job of making sure the fence maintained a level appearance around the 3 sides.

Crew arived on time and did a great job. They made sure the yard was picked up. Crew was every polite and worked together well. Would recommend Haley Bros. to anyone wanting a fence installed.

I can't say enough good things about the experience with Haley Brothers, from the quote to the completion of the work every person that I spoke with in person or on the phone was pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. I received quotes from 2 other companys as well, this was not the lowest quote I received but they were the only ones that followed up with me to see if I had questions or concerns about the quote and they matched the lowest quote I recieved. They showed up on time and completed the working quickly and neatly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or replace an existing fence.

Went very very well. Had used them for my privacy fence almost 20 yrs ago and had them replace the fence. Was very very pleased overall.

After getting a few estimates from other vendors it was a pleasant surprise that Haley Bros. while not inexpensive, was competitvely but fairly priced. From the first time I called the service was extremely friendly. Jim showed up on time to measure where we wanted the work and answered all our questions and provided information. When we decided to move forward, we were told it would be a few weeks when the fencing would be ready and sure enough a few weeks later we were contacted to set-up an installation date. Since we weren't going to be home, we were a little nervous that we wouldn't be there to answer any questions. When we got home from work the day of the installation we were so happy!!! The privacy vinyl fencing and the chain link fencing and gates all looked wonderful. We could tell immediately that their work was high quality and were so happy!! There was a little adjustment that needed to be made with the chain link, but all it took was one call and they were out there the next day and took care of it. I also asked about placing a lock on the privacy fencing so we could lock it from inside of the yard since there wasn't a locking mechanism. Within a day they were there and placed something so we can get that done. Never a hesitation, they just came over and took care of it. In this day and age it's very hard to find a company that strives and prides itself on not only providing friendly customer service but doing high quality work. Despite me changing my mind a few times of what I wanted to do Jessica was a pleasure to speak to and how often do you get the kind of customer service where someone actually sounds like they are happy to talk to you? Oh and I also have to mention the cherry on top of the sundae? Is when we received a handwritten thank you card thanking us for our business and offering a discount on any future business. Haley Bros. is the definition of customer service excellence and would not hestiate to do business with them again. If you are looking for a company that is honest, friendly and takes pride in what they do and produce high quality workmanship - look no further!!!!!

Arrived right on time. Took down existing wooden fence and replaced with vinyl. Installed 37' of 5' high white vinyl using 5x5 posts with New England tops. Gate is 4' wide. Both installers had a tough job because of the clay and rocky soil, but the final product looks great. Very pleased.

They kept us informed of when they would install the fence and did an excellent job. Their office was very easy to work with and provided the answers to all our questions. Would use them again.

Called several fence companies about repairing 32' of 6x 8 stockade fencing. Scot was right on time for estimate appointment, wrote up written proposal that same night. He explained what type of fencing they would use. Once we accepted their proposal, they gave a 3 week time frame for doing the repair, only requested partial down payment. Within two weeks, Jessica called to set up date for the repair. Gave us a start time frame of 9am to 10am, Al showed up right @ 9am and by himself had the job completed by 11:30. New sections in place, old broken taken away, and yard completely picked up. Was very happy to have the rest of my day free. One last thing everyone was always friendly, professional, and informative, had no surprises.

I accepted proposal on 4/29/13. Materials have been ordered and I am waiting for the work to be done. Everyone has been very nice but it's been me having to contact Haley Brosto get a status. I think they could be a little more proactive and call me to give me a status. The proposal was accepted 4/29/13. Building permit was approved 5/10/13. It's now 3 weeks later since the proposal was accepted. Not sure when the work will be done. They have charged my credit card though for the down payment. I'll let you know when the work is completed how it went.

I hired Haley Brothers to repair my 6 foot stockade fence, which had been installed by a different company. Haley Brothers did a nice job on the repairs, and their rates were much better than the company that had originally installed the fence. They even came out in freezing cold weather! I would definitely use them again in the future.

We've used them before, the first time because our neighbor had had a great experience with them. Joe came to estimate the repair and indicated it would take maybe 3 weeks to get the pieces. Surprise they called in just a week and a half. They did the job in about 5 hours time. Workman was efficient, professional, neat - overall just great! We couldn't have asked for more!

The Haley Brothers staff arrived on time and spent 2 days installing the fence. The quality of the installation was excellent and they were very tidy as they worked - no piles of dirt lying around, etc. Whenever there was a question, they gave us options for handling the situation (for example, in a area where there was a dip in the ground, did we want the fence to go on one side of that area or the other).This was the second time we have used Haley Brothers to install a fence and both times we were extremely please. In neither case were they the low bidder, but they were worth every penny in terms of the quality job they did.We have also called them back for 1 service call, when we noticed that our gate had settled a tiny bit over the winter and it was now difficult to latch. The staff person arrived to repair it within 3 hours of our call - I'd say that was great service!

Overall this was a good experience. The installer showed up on time, did a quality job, and installation was done exactly as defined in our contract. Upon completion, the contractor made sure no scrap fencing or ties were left on the lawn and completed a walk through with me. The job was completed in one day. Their price was competitive with other companies, I did get two other quotes. I chose Haley Brothers based on recommendations from friends and I must say I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install fencing.

It went very well. We are pleased with our new fence. The old one was damaged when our huge Blue Spruce tree fell on our old fence, thanks to Hurricane Irene,. Haley Bros. came to the rescue and now our yard looks very nice!

Haley Brothers was able to plan the installation for exactly the days I needed it, the installer arrived on time and did a meticulous job installing the fence. We have small dogs and the installer was very conscious of getting the bottom of the fence completely to the ground. Just yesterday I called them because our fence gate had settled over the winter and it no longer latched securely. They came first thing this morning to adjust the latch. Their service is superior to most other companies I deal with!
