This was a lengthy time consuming home purchase. The property was an estate sale, and included a resident that was helpful right up until the final walthrough, and then he became belligerent. Fortunately, the executor of the estate (on the west coast) was very accomodating and had the septic system repaired and a new well drilled. Bruce represented my interests throughout the process. I highly recommend Bruce Farmer and Gallet Realty.
