 + -1 moreAlso, last year a friend "rented" an apartment from Ed Rosenberg of Gage Realty and put a deposit on it. When this friend tried several times to contact him, he never returned her calls.. Consequently she rented another apartment two weeks before the scheduled move in date since there was no answer from Rosenberg or Gage as to a move in date or when she could get the keys. She took him to small claims court and was awarded a judgement against him for the deposit amount. She still has not received any refund from him. I would steer clear of Rosenberg and Gage Realty for rentals or home sales.
Description of Work: Ed Rosenberg, owner of Gage Realty failed to return several calls in a one month period concerning a house he had on the market that we wanted to see. " For Sale" sign on property, listed on several sites, but no response from Rosenberg. Our representative finally set up a walk through of the home and when we met our representative at the property He had just received a call that the viewing was cancelled. A week later our representative finally got through to Rosenberg again, who then claimed that he had just taken the house off he market. The "FOR SALE" sign is still up. Rosenberg and Gage Realty failed to answer or return all of our calls and several of our representatives calls. This was extremely unprofessional and down right rude!
