Also, last year a friend "rented" an apartment from Ed Rosenberg of Gage Realty and put a deposit on it. When this friend tried several times to contact him, he never returned her calls.. Consequently she rented another apartment two weeks before the scheduled move in date since there was no answer from Rosenberg or Gage as to a move in date or when she could get the keys. She took him to small claims court and was awarded a judgement against him for the deposit amount. She still has not received any refund from him. I would steer clear of Rosenberg and Gage Realty for rentals or home sales.
