They did a good job, but they are expensive. I have the extended warranty. It took them three times to fix it. I would probably use them again.

It is a car dealer. Everything was very sloppy, and disorganized, and didn't seem like anybody knew all of all of what needed to be done. I don't know if the Lincoln part is new to them so maybe they are getting used to it. It wasn't as professional as I expected. I wasn't really that impressed with the service.

My wife was looking for a new vehicle that had better gas mileage and was reliable. We had seen commercials on TV forever advertising Fuccillo dealerships and had also researched Hyundai before arriving at this dealership in Schenectady. We were approached by our salseperson while looking at some new vehicles on the lot. He was assertive yet not aggressive. He was helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles he was showing us. Information was explained honestly and thoroughly and backed up the research we had performed on the vehicles. The finance portion of the purchase went smoothly and we didn't get any run around with the price and/or warranties offered. Our salesperson worked diligently to get our new car ready for driving home and even juggled a few other customers while doing it. In all we arrived at the dealership at 4pm and left at 7:00pm with a new vehicle that we liked and feel we got a fair deal on.
