The area around the left-front suspension strut has rusted away and needed to be reformed. Frank & Sons did the repair and rustproofed to prevent this from happening again. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with the repair.

They accepted the insurance company estimate and although they said it would take 3 days, it took 5. They were very apologetic and gave us the requested oil change and no cost. They also took care of notifying the car rental company on our behalf.
As it should be, there is absolutely no evidence of any dent. The work was beautiful and the car was detailed as well!
Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure dealing with them, from Ann Marie in the office to Todd the owner, and the every employee we encountered.
We would not hesitate to return to them when work is needed (although we hope never to need them again!) and will certainly highly recommend them.

I got a scrape on my car so I took it there. The work was excellent and the car was perfect. They give quality and the people were friendly and accommodating. It was all very smooth and I would go there again.

My MINI Cooper was struck by a car, spun into a telephone pole, sheared off the pole, hit a big maple tree, hit a boat trailer. Damage to the right rear quarter, both front fenders, hood, bumper, the air bag went off when I hit the pole. Cost of repairs was $11,500. Frank and Sons dealt with the insurance company and completed the repairs far sooner than I expected.
Unable to tell that the car was damaged. About 40% of the car was repainted and the paint match was perfect. The car drives and tracks perfectly. The owners, Frank, Todd, and Scott were great to deal with. They coordinated with the local MINI dealer where necessary.
Would recommend Frank and sons without reservation.

We arrived around 9am and within 15 minutes had an estimate and a promise to have the car finished by the next day, saving us the expense of having to rent another vehicle. We had used them one other time, about 2 years ago, for front end damage to our other car with excellent results. The car was indeed done by noon the following day. The car had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, a pleasant surprise.

They were great. Very professional. Completed work ahead of schedule and did quality work. They are not cheap but quality and professionalism make them a great value. I would highly recommend.

THEY WERE REALLY HONEST AND RELIABLE. THEY GAVE US A GOOD ESTIMATE. THEY CALLED IF SOMETHING ELSE WAS NECESSARY. THEY CALLED ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE THE CAR WAS DONE TO TELL US IT WAS OKAY TO PICK IT UP. WHAT WE HAD TO DO AFTER THAT WAS SPECIFIC LIKE NOT WASHING THE CAR FOR A WHILE.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM LONG TO DO THE JOB AND DO IT CORRECTLY. THE QUALITY WAS GOOD BECAUSE THE CAR LOOKED AND ACTED THE WAY IT DID PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT. IT LOOKED LIKE NEW WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE EFFICIENT. THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS, HE AND HIS TWO SONS LOVE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT, THEY ARE VERY WILLING TO HELP. IF WE NEED ANYTHING REPAIRED WE TAKE IT TO FRANK'S AND SONS. THEY SELL CARS AS WELL AND WE BUY FROM THEM. THEY SPENT TWO MONTHS LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER, AND THEY CONTACTED US WHEN THEY FOUND IT.

THEY'RE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY GET ME SERVICED IN A PRETTY TIMELY FASHION. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE. THEIR EXPERTISE IS GOOD. WE HAVE TRIED OTHER PEOPLE AND HAVE ALWAYS GONE BACK.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD I HAVE USED THEM TWO OR THREE TIMES TOTAL. IT'S THE OLD WAY WHERE I PAY MORE FOR GOOD QUALITY WORK. IT WAS READY WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.
