Perfectly. We have been having Daryl clean our carpets every year for the past 5 years.

Daryl did an excellent job, as he always does. He is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, quick, and thorough. He is polite and personable, as well. We have always been very happy with the results. We have also been very pleased when we used their cleaning services for area and braided rugs at their Schenectady location. Darlene is very good with reminder calls and scheduling so that we remember the annual cleaning. She is very pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person.

I called on a wednesday and the owner gave me a estimated quote and said the technician would make the final quote. To my amazement I could have the work done on saturday which I was thrilled. I was totaly happy with the rug cleaning and odor elimination from a sick cat. our couch looked brand new. When the technician arrived he did all the measurements for the estimate explained exactly what he was going to do. Asked if we had any special concerns and answered all our questions. His work was efficient the job went as planed. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs carpets or furniture cleaned.

I was completely thrilled with the job that was done my carpets looked great, the odor we had from a sick cat was eliminated.t. Our couch looked brand new again after cleaning.

I choose Fiber Clean because their salesperson Darlene has called my home two times a year for the past 5 years to ask if we needed carpets cleaned. I decided her persistence deserved the sale. Daryl arrived at 10:15 am Monday, 11/13/06. I was told between 10 am and 1 pm. It took about 10 minutes for Daryl to complete paperwork before getting started. His appearance was neat and professional. I had all of the furniture removed from the room except the TV and 2 couches. Darly got started and was here maybe 1 hour. Upon completion Daryl was moving his equipment outside and returned with "dog poo" on the bottom of his boot. He was quite upset because it messed up the clean carpet. I assisted him in replugging in his equipment to reclean the small area. Overall my carpets appear clean and the spot in the small area came out. My friends and family got a laugh out of the dog poo story.

Work was done. 2 year old Berber carpet cleaned 12x18 and spot clean area 2x2. Would hire again but would price shop more first. Price included stain guard for room 12x18. Price also included tax and a retainer of $10. The retainer guarantees the same price within the year and after 1 year the new price less 20%. That charge was added into my bill. I might have declined if I was asked if I wanted it. Carpet was cleaned on 11/13/06.

WE READ THE E-MAIL REPORT FOR THE MEMBER. THAT TEN DOLLAR DEPOSIT WAS ORIGINALLY GIVEN TO US IN 1996, IT WAS ROLLED OVER IN 1998 WHEN WE AGAIN DID WORK FOR HER. IT WAS THAT DEPOSIT WHICH ALLOWED THE 20% DISCOUNT IN 1998 AND THIS TIME AS WELL. SINCE THE DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE AT ANY TIME (IN WRITING), WE JUST ASSUME THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO LET IT RIDE FOR NEXT TIME. THAT IS WHY DARLINE KEEPS CALLING BACK YEARLY UNTIL THE CUSTOMER SETS A NEW APPOINTMENT, OR SAYS "RETURN MY DEPOSIT", WHICH IS DONE CHEERFULLY. TODAY WE ATTEMPTED TO REACH THE CUSTOMER, BUT HAD TO LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE ASKING IF SHE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THAT DEPOSIT RETURNED. WE WERE IN NO WAY TRYING TO BE DEVIOUS. WE HOPE THIS WILL CLEAR THE AIR AND THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY WITH OUR COMPANY. WE DO TRY TO ACHIEVE ALL "A"S. THANK YOU

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT, THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH AND IT COULD BE BETTER. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY SCHEDULED A TIME TO COME AND THEY WERE HERE.

THE PERSON WHO COMES IS VERY NICE AND HE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB. IT LOOKS GOOD AND I'VE HAD OTHERS IN THE PAST. HE'S VERY FUNCTIONAL AND SEEMS TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I FEEL THE PRICE IS IN THE SAME BALLPARK AS EVERYONE ELSE'S.
