Daryl did an excellent job, as he always does.  He is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, quick, and thorough.  He is polite and personable, as well.  We have always been very happy with the results.  We have also been very pleased when we used their cleaning services for area and braided rugs at their Schenectady location.  Darlene is very good with reminder calls and scheduling so that we remember the annual cleaning.  She is very pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person.

I choose Fiber Clean because their salesperson Darlene has called my home two times a year for the past 5 years to ask if we needed carpets cleaned. I decided her persistence deserved the sale. Daryl arrived at 10:15 am Monday, 11/13/06. I was told between 10 am and 1 pm. It took about 10 minutes for Daryl to complete paperwork before getting started. His appearance was neat and professional. I had all of the furniture removed from the room except the TV and 2 couches. Darly got started and was here maybe 1 hour. Upon completion Daryl was moving his equipment outside and returned with "dog poo" on the bottom of his boot. He was quite upset because it messed up the clean carpet. I assisted him in replugging in his equipment to reclean the small area. Overall my carpets appear clean and the spot in the small area came out. My friends and family got a laugh out of the dog poo story.

"WE READ THE E-MAIL REPORT FOR THE MEMBER. THAT TEN DOLLAR DEPOSIT WAS ORIGINALLY GIVEN TO US IN 1996, IT WAS ROLLED OVER IN 1998 WHEN WE AGAIN DID WORK FOR HER. IT WAS THAT DEPOSIT WHICH ALLOWED THE 20% DISCOUNT IN 1998 AND THIS TIME AS WELL. SINCE THE DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE AT ANY TIME (IN WRITING), WE JUST ASSUME THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO LET IT RIDE FOR NEXT TIME. THAT IS WHY DARLINE KEEPS CALLING BACK YEARLY UNTIL THE CUSTOMER SETS A NEW APPOINTMENT, OR SAYS "RETURN MY DEPOSIT", WHICH IS DONE CHEERFULLY. TODAY WE ATTEMPTED TO REACH THE CUSTOMER, BUT HAD TO LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE ASKING IF SHE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THAT DEPOSIT RETURNED. WE WERE IN NO WAY TRYING TO BE DEVIOUS. WE HOPE THIS WILL CLEAR THE AIR AND THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY WITH OUR COMPANY. WE DO TRY TO ACHIEVE ALL "A"S. THANK YOU"

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT, THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH AND IT COULD BE BETTER. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY SCHEDULED A TIME TO COME AND THEY WERE HERE.

THE PERSON WHO COMES IS VERY NICE AND HE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB. IT LOOKS GOOD AND I'VE HAD OTHERS IN THE PAST. HE'S VERY FUNCTIONAL AND SEEMS TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I FEEL THE PRICE IS IN THE SAME BALLPARK AS EVERYONE ELSE'S.
