We did not have an appointment but just stopped to look and they were very accommodating, and helpful.

My daughter had already purchased her wedding gown in California, where she was living, but, the staff at Ferri Formals still provided me with exceptional service. Ferri Formals has a wonderful selection of Mother-of-the-Bride gowns, from a variety of designers, so I was able to find just the right dress and accessories for my daughter`s wedding in California.
The friendly sales personnel were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Lina altered my gown to my specifications and within my time constraints.
I would highly recommend this shop.

I purchased my bridal gown from Ferri Formals after visiting a total of eight local bridal shops. Dresses for my bridesmaids were also ordered there. Patti helped me select my gown and she was absolutely wonderful! She was courteous and personable as well as attentive enough to find me the perfect dress based on my reactions as I tried on gowns. She actually found me a discontinued dress that was on sale for half price, which saved me money at the same time. My fittings and alterations were done correctly with no hassle. All of the bridesmaid dresses came in correctly and on time and everything was steamed for the day of the wedding. I was very satisfied with my experience.

They refused to listen to the budget I gave them and were quite pushy with more expensive gowns. The woman assisting us also tried to make my sister, recovering from neck surgery, carry dresses up the stairs from the dressing room rather than do it herself or ask another employee to help - this was once she realized she probably wasn't going to talk me into buying the $4000 Disney dress. It appeared she got bored with us at that point and was annoyed that I wanted to try on the $1000 dresses instead, even though that is what I told her the second we walked into the appointment. (And we were on time, early in fact, so her attitude was completely a mystery to us.)
