I would strongly recommend Ed's Overhead doors.

He did a really good job. I will use him again in the future, and I will recommend him.

They communicate well. Their estimates are good. They do what they say they are going to do. They make it easy. They don’t look for extra ways to make extra cost on it. I will use them in future.

They did good work.  They were prompt.  We would use them again.

From our initial phone call to the house visit to the installation, all went perfectly.   They are professional, considerate and "on time" in their installation.

On 6/8/11 I called and left a message.  I was called back within minutes and told someone would be at my house on 6/10/11 to look at my garage door.  I met Neil on 6/10/11 who looked over the existing door and hardware and gave me an estimate to replace everything and add the garage door opener.  Neil said he would call me when a date could be set for the installation of everything.  I was called on 6/14/11 and was told someone could be at my house on 6/15/11 for installation. On 6/15/11 I met Mike who was just finishing the installation of my new garage door when I arrived home.  Everything went smooth and everything is working great.  I would use this sompany again.  Very user friendly and professional.

Service was fantastic from start to finish.  Repairman was right on time and door worked well when he left.  Unfortunately it was a warm day and the next morning the opener was back to its old tricks.  I called about the problem and the owner called me back quickly to reschedule.  2nd time was the charm; the door has worked fine ever since.

We got 3 estimates for the replacement of our garage door and opener. Ed's was the middle estimate on price. However, we decided to go with Ed's because they were prompt in their response, clear in their estimate, and offered a much better quality product than both the higher and lower estimates. They were helpful in their suggestions as to which hardware to purchase, and gave small upgrades for the price that made going with Ed's a much better deal (gave us an outside keypad and extra remote, which would have cost about $100 with the other companies). Neil was terrific, came over within 24 hours to give us the estimate, and once we decided to go with them, had us scheduled and ready to go within another 24 hours. The gentleman who did the actual installation was prompt, professional and friendly (I am sorry I never got his name, he was terrific), had the entire door and opener installed in 6 hours, hauled away all the old hardware and left my garage cleaner than he found it. He took the time to walk me through everything he did and how the door and all the opener stuff worked, which I really appreciated. The quality of the door and opener was just what we were looking for, and the service was unbeatable. I would highly recommend Ed's over his local competitors, and definitely over the big box stores as well. Great quality for the price and a terrific local company!

Ray was on time. I had phoned six local companies. Ed's price was the cheapest, and they provided a free upgrade of the opener when the original wasn't available. Ray's work was efficient. He answered several questions I had.

All went as expected. I called for an estimate and a representative was here in a matter of two or three days. We scheduled the installation and it was done timely. The price was very satisfactory. By the way, I was recommended to Ed's Overhead Doors, Inc. by a friend who also found them on Angie's List. I would add that even our telephone conversations were professional and friendly. All in all, a good experience.

The woman who answered the phone and the technician who came to the house were both extremely professional, understanding, and reassuring. The visit was scheduled less than as week from my call. The technician arrive promptly, took time to explain potential causes for phantom operation and what could be done. He was extremely self-depreciating that he didn't do much, but he put my mind at rest, and that is priceless. This company also only charged me only half of their normal service call fee even though they come from another city and he spent about a half-hour at my garage, Although it is too soon to tell if the measures taken will stop the phantom operation, I feel more confident knowing that all possible actions have been taken. When it comes time to replace the unit, I will definitely be calling Ed' Overhead Doors!

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY'VE DONE WORK WITH US OVER THE YEARS AND THEY'RE RELIABLE. I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. I WAS SATISFIED. IT WAS A GOOD JOB. THEY MADE GOOD SUGGESTIONS AND WHEN HE SAID HE WAS COMING, HE WAS THERE.

THEY WERE GREAT. I MADE A CALL AND I HAD IT DONE WITHIN A TWO WEEK PERIOD, AS FAR AS THEM COMING OVER TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND PUT IT IN. ALSO, THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN OTHERS IN THE AREA, EVEN CHEAPER THAN THE BIG COMPANIES LIKE HOME DEPOT.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WORKING WITH A LOCAL COMPANY THAT DID SUCH A GREAT JOB. THEIR GARAGE DOORS OPEN AND SHUT WITH A PUSH OF A BUTTON AND IT'S A GOOD QUALITY GARAGE DOOR OPENER.

I'VE USED THEM WHENEVER I'VE HAD ANY DIFFICULTY WITH MY AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOORS. THEY'RE VERY RESPONSIVE AND I ALWAYS CALL THEM WHENEVER I HAVE ANY ISSUE OR NEED ANY WORK DONE ON MY GARAGE DOOR. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB. WHEN THEY LEFT, IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW.

I THINK THEY'RE GREAT. WE USED THEM BEFORE. WE HAD A DOOR INSTALLED IN MY PREVIOUS HOUSE BY THEM. THEY'RE VERY EFFICIENT. THE MAN WHO DID THE WORK IS A NICE GENTLEMAN. THEY'RE GREAT, AND I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THEM. THEY DON'T SEEM TO STRUGGLE WITH ANYTHING CONCERNING THEIR JOB.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THEIR PRICES SEEMED FAIR. THE MAN WAS NICE. HE LEFT A FEW SCREWS AROUND IN THE GARAGE, BUT IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL. IT DID STRIKE ME AS A BIT LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL, BUT I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN IF I HAD ANOTHER JOB TO DO.
