DL Property Maintenance

DL Property Maintenance was one of several companies who looked at our patio replacement and gave us an estimate. Dan's price was in line with or below other estimates and his final price was right on target with his estimate. He kept me informed about schedule and promptly came back to fix one small oversight when I brought it to his attention. In addition to price, Dan's willingness to suggest solutions as well as implement my plan was what sold me. He also recommended local stone for the patio, which was a nice touch. The work included pulling up an existing slate patio and stacking them for us to reuse, putting in a new paver walkway/patio with a step, and installing some stone trim. There was also the grading and prep for the pavers and some light landscaping where the patio became smaller than it had been. Everything was done on time and quickly with a professional finish. Needless to say based on my ratings, I'm thrilled with the patio that Dan installed this past fall.
