All 13 of my employees are trained in all aspects of the services I offer, whether it be home or office cleaning. I am licensed, insured and my employees are bonded. I offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services and bill accordingly. Additionally, I offer Fall/Spring cleanings, one time cleanings, move in/out services and windows. Gift certificates are available and I do accept all major credit cards. I take great pride in hand picking my employees, training and guiding them daily to go above and beyond to give you a great cleaning experience. Each team of 3 consists of a duster, bathroom and kitchen detailer, one of which is the team supervisor. Each girl has the appropriate tools and cleaners for the area they specialize in and have been fully trained how to use and detail with them. Floors are cleaned corner to corner using vacuums that are triple HEPA filtered that can be adjusted to the carpet pile and floor vacuums have a felt bottom head. I supply store bought chemicals unless you specify otherwise and the girls are fully trained on all types of surfaces and how to properly clean them. The girls have been trained to clean with my vision and focus to detail that I push daily, tailoring it to your needs. I strive daily to deliver trustworthy services with a team of skilled professionals who are there for you and whatever your needs may be.

Deb was a complete professional. There was a scheduling conflict on my part and she was able to adjust hers to meet my time frame. She contacted me prior to getting to the house to review and describe exactly what was to be done. She also explained the cost and gave me a run down of how her staff were going to approach the cleaning. The staff called 1/2 hour before they were to arrive. They immediately started working and completed everything very quickly. They worked as a team and finished the entire house a lot quicker than I would have expected. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.
We have a high ceiling and huge wooden beams in our living room, which were completely cobweb-free and dust-free, as were the four ceiling fans in the house! Both bathrooms were spotless (including the "yucky" kids' bathroom!). The kitchen was perfectly clean, including the doors/outsides of the cabinets (which I did not expect).
All of our wooden floors (old and new) were shiny and clean. Everything was dusted, even all the little knick-knacks I have on shelves everywhere!
We are very pleased with the professionalism, great attitude and superior cleaning services provided by the Deb's Way team. It's so nice to come home to a clean house and we are all inspired to try to keep the house cleaner!
I am setting up biweekly cleaning with one of the ladies.
I am very detailed oriented & if I had heard anything about per hour I would have noted it &/or clarified. Also, based on my initial conversations with the owner Deb I am inclined to believe, that she probably did NOT mention the per hour to me, for whatever reason. An example of what I mean, when she called me back to let me know when her team would be showing up we talked, I gave her my address, spelling the road out out for her, she said she had everything & we hung up. Immediately she called me back again asking for my address & again I spelled it for her.
Again, the cleaning was fantastic. A bit pricey but it was quality top to bottom cleaning so I cannot complain about the price because ultimately it is fair & I am more than happy with the quality. I paid the $120 per hour (so double what I expected to pay) not wanting to raise a big stink but I am regretting that, as because of the snafu in pricing/that experience I now expect to go with another cleaning service who has also been very responsive & impressive so, I wish I had not given them the full price upfront & negotiated based on our misunderstanding.
I also would not schedule an initial cleaning again with a service until I know for sure I want to use them, as in this particular instance it was some what of a "waste" as I'm most likely moving forward with someone else.
update 6/30 - I went with another cleaning service. The same one that came to give me an estimate while your cleaners were there. Upon another look some easy things were missed - dusting in the guest bedroom was missed/not done in some easy spots, the cleaners could stand to be a little gentler as some things got broken thankfully nothing of value, not all my windows were cleaned, etc. Overall I'm still happy with the quality of the cleaning but not the professionalism of the owner. Also, I had requested a tri-weekly cleaning schedule as 2 weeks is too much for me but 4 weeks too long. The owner stated she couldn't provide this as it was too sophisticated for her to figure out...the service I hired is also providing me w/ tri-weekly cleanings. Again, very happy with the overall quality of the cleaning but wish I had not paid in full as I know it was not my error/an hourly rate was NOT stated. Your cleaning personnel also stated that this is not the first time this mistake has happened...it's too bad the owner wouldn't take any responsibility as even though she couldn't do the tri-weekly, based on the quality of the cleaning, I would have hired your company.
