Excellent from start to finish, They arrived on time the day scheduled and stayed until the job was done.  They were professional, protected my property with tarps and plywood and cleaned up after they were done.  They fixed a roof that looked terrible and had some difficult decking problems.  They came prepared , had a supervisor on site (Patrick -one of the owners I believe) answered any questions I had as they proceeded. They worked until after dark with lights to finish.  I dont see how you could do any better - Fair price ,excellent job, great crew.

I think the provider was a little overwhelmed by the response to this advertised deal.  A little confusion getting them out to my property. Once they got here they were fast and professional.

Of the three contractors we interviewed, Jason, the chief sales contractor of Cousins Construction, was the most impressive in terms of information provided. He and his cousin, the head roofer, were helpful as we grappled with choice of shingle color. Their price was in the middle of the three. The roof was done in a single day by an unexpectedly large crew, about a dozen men who worked well as a team. All knew what to do, set to work, and worked hard. By afternoon several of the men were on cleanup duty and that was performed well. They had put tarps from the roof over the landscaping to the ground and much of the debris taken off the roof fell here. (They also boarded up windows so there would be no accidents there.) They rolled the ground with a magnetic roller to pick up loose nails, and I found only a few later that they had missed. The company obtained the necessary permit from the town, and the town inspector came by later and told us they had done a nice job. We also learned that they pay tens of thousands of dollars for insurance, which includes specific roofer insurance, as well as workers comp. From what they said, I gather not all roofing contractors go the extra mile to include specific roofer insurance, so I suggest anyone hiring a roofer ask if the contractor has it..

Recently a large tree fell on the dormer of my house in a storm, puncturing the roof and damaging the gutter, fascia and soffit.  Cousins Construction provided truly outstanding service in this critical circumstance.  Jason Hall returned my call promptly, came the next day to inspect the damage, and provided me a detailed proposal for repairs immediately, using a computer in his truck.  I contacted two other roofing contractors.  One never responded with a bid.  The other required two phone calls and several days to inspect the damage and another few days and calls to mail me a bid which was twenty percent higher than Cousins'. My insurance company was difficult to deal with, at first offering only a few hundred dollars toward repair.  Jason Hall was assertive and persistent on my behalf, speaking on a conference call with my local agent and national claims adjustor.  He convinced them that a full dormer roof replacement was required and submitted additional forms and documentation in support of his proposal, which they approved.  I was reimbursed in full, thanks to Jason's timely and time-consuming professionalism.
Jason and his cousins Patrick and Ryan arrived on the day promised with a four man crew.  When complications arose in removing the old roof, additional men were brought in.  The entire repair was completed to perfection the same day, including soffit repair and new gutter replacement.  The entire crew were expert, hard-working, courteous, and friendly.  My wife and I were pleased to have them on our property.  The clean-up was impeccable and work quality excellent.  I have dealt with many contractors over the years.  Cousins Construction is the best and I am delighted to give them our unqualified recommendation.

We shopped around through Angie's list and they were the best price with the best reviews. I had to call Jason to find out the scheduled date then had to call him again to make sure we were still set for the scheduled date (we were) but if i didn't call him he wouldn't have known the shingle color and i had to call him two days before they were to show up, so if i didn't call him i am nit sure what would have happened but they would not have been able to do the job. The phone calls were also on top of an email for each occurrence which came but slowly. Communicating with their customers is not there strong point. There work was spot on though and the roof looks great! They came within $100 of the estimate and the clean up of the yard was very good too.

We were contacted immediately after purchase of the deal, and the inspection was arranged for 2 days later. After inspecting and prepping the roof, he gave us a detailed account of our roof's condition. He seemed happy to answer any questions from us. He reported that our roof was fortunately, in good condition and gave us the reasons why. He stated that it would probably be good for at least another 5 years. Money well spent for the peace of mind and minor repairs with seals. Would not hesitate to give them a call in the future when we are in need of a new roof.

Jason Hall (one of the cousins) arrived within one day to look at our roof and give us a quote. He spent plenty of time explaining what they would do and the product they'd use. We had to wait a while for the actual work due to weather and priority jobs. We weren't in a hurry, so this was ok with us. Yesterday morning Pat Bennett (another cousin) and his crew arrived early and got to work. This was a nearly 12 hour job. They was polite and courteous at all times, answering all questions we had along the way. The did an excellent job cleaning up, even trying to repair a retaining wall that was broken prior to their arrival. We have found a few stray nails, but considering the number they took off our roof, I fully expected this. We are completely satisfied with their work and look forward to having them do some chimney repair for us in the future.

They are very reputable and address any issues I have. They are very respectful and kind.

Brought a sufficient crew. Finished work in one day. Cleaned it up like they'd never even been there. Would definitely recommend.

.ALL THE WORK DONE WAS ON CONTRACT EXCEPT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF SOME WOOD THAT WAS ROTTED WHICH WAS SPECIFIED AT AN EXTRA COST WHEN THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED - THIS COST WAS MINIMAL.  ROOF BOTH SHINGLES AND ROLLED, ICE GUARD, NEW LEADERS AND GUTTERS AND OLD CHIMNEY TAKEN DOWN - ALL OLD MATERIALS WERE DISPOSED OF AND EVERYTHING CLEANED UP IN ONE DAY AND A COUPLE OF HOURS THE SECOND DAY.  THE CREW WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE - DID A NICE JOB AND WARRANTY THEIR WORK.

They provided a fairly quick and accurate quote. One of the co-owners came to my property quickly and they said that they will put the work in between major jobs. They just came in and took care of it. They did everything but replace the whole roof. The pipes that come from my roof was redone and sealed. My chimney was pointed and repaired.

When I called Jason, he was getting ready for his wedding. He was honest in saying he was busy for the next month, but would get back to me and did. Counsins Counstruction did a great job.

Awesome!  Just having the contractor show up at the designated day at the appointed time was a refreshingly good start. The flatbed truck from the shingle supplier turned up first. Then the construction crew arrived with about 4 pickup trucks. One truck towed an enclosed tool & parts trailer. Two other trucks towed refuse trailers. By mid-morning all the shingles on the main roof and all the bad plywood was in the trailers. By mid afternoon all of the new plywood and most of the shingle replacement was finished. The last part of the job, which was to carefully remove the siding and replace the plywood under the east end gable took until about 6.30 pm to finish. By 7 pm or so, all the tools were put away, the entire work area around the house had been cleaned up, and the crew was gone. Before finishing, one of the guys needed to get into the attic from inside the house to connect a bathroom fan to the roof vent. He started to remove his shoes before I told him it was not necessary! There were about 10 guys on the job all day long. Several of my neighbors did not believe the work that was completed in just one day.

Fast and excellent job. All completed in 1 day.

Cousins Construction came out within 24 hours of calling to give me an estimate for replacing my roof and gutters. After getting several other quotes, Cousins Construction had the best prices by far. We scheduled and they arrived on time with materials and worked fast in between the rainy days. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. They returned 2 weeks later to replace my gutters and they look great. I will hire them again!

They were great! They were prompt, efficient, and professional. The cost was reasonable and I would refer them. They cleaned everything up nicely and it's still not leaking. I can't actually see the roof, but we haven't had any problems since.

They were really good. They came when they said they were coming, they answered my calls and the job was done in one or 2 days, they cleaned up after themselves, all the workers were nice and it was a good experience.
