 + -1 moreIt went well, but took a little bit longer than I expected. After I was given the sample/trial lenses, they told me to wait for the doctor to see me before I could leave. The wait was quite long, in fact I thought that perhaps I was mistaken and was sitting there for no reason. However, once I asked, they confirmed the doctor had to see me one more time. Other than this long waiting period, everything else was great. The doctor made an adjustment based on her last inspection, and gave me a different pair of trial lenses, which feel much better. I will be going for a follow-up appointment later this week.
Description of Work: I went for an annual eye exam. The doctor was thorough and answered all my questions. The office staff was also friendly. I really like the e-mail notifications for appointments, which makes it easy to access anytime though the phone. I truly appreciate the help that the office staff gave me in regards to the payment. My insurance covers eye medical conditions, but not the annual eye exams. When the gentleman at the front desk found this out, he asked me if there was any other reason I wanted to get an exam, and upon thinking I told him I had some trouble focusing sometimes. He told me to make sure to mention this to the doctor, and they would use it as a medical reason to bill my insurance. Therefore, I did not have to pay the full amount.
