Never had a contract was never told about a cancellation policy asked Riley not to cash deposit check on july 4 she ignores me cashed check down the road like 10 days later added stuff to estimate without my approval lomg story short had a family emergency cancelled 10 daya prior to install asked for my depoaot she said no you owe use For cancellation policy which i was never told or talked to about this policy and had no contract will be contacting lawyer as i have text saying do not cash and would love to see this contract i never got also

It has been our great pleasure to work with Nick and Caribbean Pools. When considering which company to choose, we picked Caribbean because they were prompt, patient and transparent. They’re also a local, family owned company with over 30 years of experience. Nick took the time to sit down with me and review every aspect of the associated installation costs. He explained the timeline and even came over a third time to review the details and recommended location with my wife. I drafted up a design plan for the patio and pool which they were able to bring to life (see photos). Their prices were competitive and I feel that we recovered a great return on our investment. They were on time to the job, polite, safe and respectful. They made sure that the job site was left clean and safe at the end of every workday. At the completion of the work, Nick spent the morning reviewing the operation of the pump and heater as well as maintenance. Overall, I cannot recommend Caribbean Pools highly enough. I will most definitely recommend them to my family and friends and plan to continue to do business with them (openings and closings) for years to come.

I would recommend Caribbean to anyone. One of the owners Nick or Dean were always onsite. Nick was extremely responsive to any question or concerns and even on the weekends. Installing a pool was more stressful then I originally thought but they walked us through every step of the process. All their employees were professional and extremely nice. I can't wait to spend the summer in our pool! Thanks Caribbean!

Everything went great! Dean, Nick and all of the employees were great. We love the new pool and would recommend them to anyone! They did the stamped concrete and we are very happy with it. Dean and Nick were always reachable and helpful. Very courteous and polite! Pool looks great and we couldn’t be happier!!

The BEST!!!  AMAZING, AMAZING Service!!!  Dean & Nick ROCK!!  The nicest two guys you could possibly do business with.  They stand behind their Pools and their word!  They have a Great Team of People too!  Their Crew is just Incredible.  Like an Army!!  They get in and get the job done!  FAST!  I would recommend them to anyone!  Book them right now!!!  You will be thrilled!!!  I wish I could rate them more than 5 STARS!!  I would give them 10 STARS!!!

What a fantastic job at a fantastic price.  Caribbean Pools showed up as promised, handled every detail and explained the whole process on installing a new liner and did it in one day.  Very professional, very respectful! Left my yard in perfect condition, and even followed up a week later to check on the job and to see if I had any questions.  
i will be contacting them soon to open my pool up, would not trust anyone else!!!!
I also must mention that Caribbean Pools did the installation of my pool and my concrete deck.  The pool is beautiful and have not had a problem in 12 years.  They are always there to open and close it and their store gives me the best advice on how to keep it looking great with the chemicals.  The concrete deck has not ONE CRACK in the 12 years!!!

I purchased an above ground pool from Caribbean pools last year and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the entire process was. First impression was excellent when I called for information. The clerk was very helpful and knowledgable and patient with all my questions. She suggested I come into their showroom to see the actual samples of pools they had. We did and the store was very clean and stocked with plenty of accessories, including fun floats for our kids!! They even offer financing so we applied and got a 3.25% rate and they were able to install our pool only 10 days later. The crew were very effiecnt and polite and the owners Dean and Nick were there also. They were finished in 3 hours. Kids were swimming the next day. The crew also helped us with some electrical issues and sealed some cracks in our concrete deck at no charge. Even though it's only March 8, I called to see when there showroom would be open so we can get our opening chemicals and the owner Dean advised us that they have already been open for a couple weeks now and they offer a 10% customer loyalty discount for all store items including chemicals. I think that is great and thought I should take a couple minutes to right this review. I would highly recommend Caribbean pools for all your pool/outdoor needs.

They did a huge disservice to the community and was extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and did a terrible job. They are a very, very bad company to deal with. I regret not looking more into it and just choosing the company that was closest to me.
They had people saying the 'F' word in my backyard. They poured the concrete mixture in my yard. They destroyed my glass. You name it, they did it. They left my fence open so that animals from the neighborhood could enter the yard. All kinds of crazy, terrible things.

They've opened and closed our pool every year, and provided water testing & the right chemicals to keep it going. Great job.

Very helpful on what we needed to close our pool.

They are very professional and helpful.  Sometimes though it may take a while to be served due to other customers. As far as quality, it is not their fault that the pool products of today are inferior to the products made years ago.  I would recommend them for testing pool water and buying chemicals.

All went well. Small issue with the concrete pad, but seemed to be a miscommunication between owner and subcontractor. Workmanship was very good.

Great service.  I would recommend this company in the future. 

I was reluctant to write this, but I did want to share my experience with Caribbean Pools. We contracted with Caribbean to remove the old concrete that surrounded our pool, pour new concrete and install a new liner. The price quoted was $10,000. They started the work a couple weeks late, due to other commitments. They installed a new skimmer for us for an extra $400; we weren't notified prior to the installation, they just did it, and then we were informed we had to pay for the skimmer. Next came the liner: they had installed it in the shallow end, but told us that the bottom was too rough in the deep end and we had a choice: $3,000 to cover the bottom with concrete or $1,000 to put sand on the bottom of the deep end. Since the cover was already half on, we chose the sand. We were so not happy with all of these extra charges, but felt we really didn't have a choice. I think $1,000 for sand is exorbitant (we later had other pool people tell us they were shocked at the $1,000 they charged us for the sand). They finally finished up and the pool started leaking immediately. To Caribbean?s credit, they hired a diver to find the leak. He determined that the new skimmer (the one they had just installed!) needed tightening; it was tightened, but the pool still leaked. Diver comes back, and says the same thing. We had another pool guy come out and he finds a large crack in the second skimmer (they told us they checked the second skimmer when they replaced the first skimmer and there was nothing wrong with the second one).  He thinks that when Caribbean poured the concrete, the weight of the concrete cracked the second skimmer. We covered the skimmer up and asked them to replace the skimmer and they said sure, for $2,500. We also felt sharp rocks coming thru the liner in the deep end; the $1,000 of sand apparently didn't contain only sand! Once again to their credit, they had a guy come out and with a rubber mallet, hammer in the sharp rocks, to this day there are still a lot of sharp rocks protruding through the liner. When we opened the pool for this summer, we noticed numerous cracks in the concrete, a couple of them major ones. I once again called to complain and was told that it wasn't covered under warranty and I would have to pay for the repairs. Their concrete guy called and I told him that we were looking into having the skimmer fixed before repairing the concrete and we are currently only using one skimmer.  In conclusion, we felt ripped off regarding the sand; and the pool STILL isn?t fixed. Really, really disappointing.

From the first call Caribbean pools was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and scheduled a time to come out to the house and showed up as scheduled...not like one of the other companies we called! They were very detailed, carefully taking measurements and gave us a really reasonable cost. The turnaround time was excellent for having the order placed and being ready for install. The guys doing the install arrived right on time. They got to work and stayed busy the entire time they were here. The pool liner looks great and so far so good. I'm excited about spending the rest of the summer enjoying the pool!

This is the best,  best,  best, pool service ever!!!!  For three years I have had different service providers because they are often so difficult to connect with or follow through on appointments.  These were the best.  They made an appointment and showed up on time.  They found the work was less than they expected and cut their fee and then they also put on a skimmer that had been sitting in my garage for three years without charge.  I have an above ground pool and it is very difficult to get help for openings, closings and repair work.  Many companies were no shows or didn't return phone calls.  Caribbean Pools is definitely a cut above the rest.  The were prompt, responsive, knowledgeable  and an all round pleasure.   They are the only pool service I will ever use.  I recommend them very highly.

We are very happy, pool has held up well. We have had minor problems, and Dean stood by the equipment he sold us and promptly replaced.

This project, while stressful, went extremely well. We installed the pool on a hillside, so it required a retaining wall on one side, and 200 yards of fill on the other. The work was done on time and according to budget. Dean is ALWAYS available by cell phone and extremely responsive.  Any large construction project that involves coordination of several parties (electrician, inspectors, etc) will be stressful, but Dean minimized that stress and was reasonable. His price was about 10% less than his closest competitor and the quality is TOP NOTCH. I would definitely recommend Caribbean Pools to anyone!

It went very well. They got us a good price on the liner (best of three estimates) and installed it as soon as it came in. Installation was clean and smooth.

They are very nice people to work with. I like that he never over does it on the chemicals and he leaves my pool sparkly clean. He is very honest man and he always shows up on time.

I THOUGHT THEY TREATED ME WELL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY'LL COME BACK AGAIN AND DO IT THIS YEAR. I'M PRETTY EASY TO GET ALONG WITH, WHENEVER THEY COME THEY COME.
