I have been using them for 12 years. They have done a great job in repairs through the service agreement. They have done a great job installing the furnace and central air. They did one mistake when they serviced my air conditioner. The water pump wasn't plugged back in leading to my carpeting fixed. 98% of the time they do a good job.

They guy who came out here was a sales person. He was talking about a system that was more expensive and not really suited for my house. So I didn't sign any contract with them. He was willing to give a proposal for a system that was more appropriate in the end. I went with another company.

Never have had a problem, will continue using this company. I once tried a cheaper company for our annual maintenance/cleaning to try and save a few bucks, but the experience left me cold (trying to upsell us) and I called Buhrmaster and they were able to send someone right over. They even showed my husband how to replace a steam valve so we don' t need to call them again for this task.

Recommend by a friend, received 3 proposals for similar work and these folks were much less (25%). Work installed very neat and professionally. Now comfortable and cool, the heat wave hit the day they finished. Worth the 4 week wait between proposal and installation.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY ARE A WONDERFUL COMPANY BECAUSE I'VE HAD THEM FOR 40 YEARS AND THEY'VE NEVER FAILED ME YET. WHEN THEY ARE GOOD, THEY ARE GOOD. THEY ARE FAMILY RUN, THEY HAVE A LOT OF BUSINESS.
