Our experience with his crew was great. They worked hard for two days and were pleasant and professional. They asked questions and told us how long they were going to work, when they would leave and when they would return the next day. They had some mulch spilled on our driveway and sidewalk and they cleaned up without us asking. They would ask us to come out and see their work and asked if we were pleased before they left for the day! We recommend their services highly! We were very happy to see our yard in the front and back look so beautiful!

The job went very well. They were prompt and they do a good job. They come when they say and they do what they are supposed to do. So far it seems to really be improving the appearance of my lawn. I will absolutely continue to use them. It is an ongoing service.

The entire experience was horrible.

They have been pretty good. The lawn looks pretty good. They look true green. Their cost was third in the line. We are pleased with them. We don't get to see them. They come here, do the job, and go. They leave notes to let us know when they put the pesticides. They were very responsive. We will use them next year as well.

We are on a summer contract. Their prices are competitive. I will continue to use their services in the future.

It was an okay job, I wouldn't give them rave reviews. They were expensive, reasonable, and the job was okay. It was more than I wanted to pay but I was having trouble finding someone to do the job. Maybe they weren't the most expensive, I really don't know, I didn't have any competitive bids.

Two weeks after, I had more weeds than ever. Horsetail grass is hard to get rid of but now I also had weeds. They returned and sprayed but it cost me.

They are very good. They know what they are doing. They are on time and they are very professional.

We had a deadline to get the job done before a wedding reception. Brennan quoted us and made some landscaping recomendations within a couple of days of contacting him. A week later he did the job in less than a day and it looks great.

The work was completed, however, I would not use this company again for reasons being that I feel mislead. It was simple work emphasizing the raking to remove the dead grass and leaf removal in the backyard. I had made myself clear how important the raking was in the job, it was the only reason I wanted a company to come out and do the work. The de-thatching was part of the quote that I was least concerned about, but when asked if the de-thatching could be left out of the job to lower the price, the quote stayed the same at $275.00 for just the raking and leaf removal, so naturally I had them perform the de-thatching. The de-thatching was the most obvious part of the work done other than the leaf removal. The lawn still has a large amount of dead grass in the front and back yard, appearing as if the raking wasn't completed. This is exactly why I hired Brennan Landscaping in the first place. When I spoke with Tim about his employee not raking I was told, "There is no machine that will remove all the dead grass. I get calls from customers that say the raking didn't get done, but there is no way to remove all the dead grass. Fertilize the lawn and it will grow out." Well, maybe the raking is not being done and if all I needed to do was fertilize the lawn to remove dead grass, why wasn't I told this over the phone or during my quote. This was a huge red flag. I've raked my property myself and have successfully removed the dead grass year after year. I had to travel a lot this spring and would have performed the work myself had I been home. I researched Tim's company and chose him for his credentials and ratings on this exact site. I feel burned after this experience. $297 after tax is a lot of money to spend on raking and leaf removal, especially when the only obvious part was the leaf removal and de-thatching which I didn't care about. My advice to anyone using Tim's company in the future, supervise the job, otherwise you're flushing away your money.

It is beautiful. He gave us a price range and he came back under budget so were pleased. They came when he said and did everything turned out great. They cleaned up. There was no mess left after they were done.

Tim Brennan responded to my phone call quickly and was prompt with his appointment. We discussed what needed to be done to our existing landscaping to improve the overall look and, also, what needed to be replaced. His crew arrived on the day specified. They were polite and knowlegeable. The work was completed efficiently. They took extra care not to damage existing flower beds and landscaping. They cleaned up all the walkways and driveway after the project was completed. The only problem I had was with some of the old bushes being discarded onto our neighbor's property.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE EFFICIENT, WELL TRAINED AND POLITE. THEY COME AT A REASONABLE TIME SO THEY WOULDN'T WAKE THE NEIGHBORS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE LEVEL PRICES.
