 + -1 moreBobar's is also (for some unknown reason) allowed to tow cars on the NY Thruway. My daughter's car broke down there and they towed it to their shop. The next day they informed me I had a "junk engine," tore half of it apart and tried to sell me a rebuilt engine. I knew something was wrong so I had the car towed to a mechanic I could trust. He put it back together (for another $500) discovering the problem was a simple EGR valve. I was at this point outside the country and unable to follow any legal channels. The "junk engine" is running just fine, 30K miles and 4 years later. This business needs to be investigated for fraud!
