Best Ever Masonary

So many compliments.  Increase value of my home .  Beautiful job.  Brian was w/ me every step of the way and knows what he's doing when it comes to masonary.  Excellent priice.  He will be back in th future to do stone work in my finished basement.

Initially this company was very responsive and professional. After I decided to have the work done, however, responsiveness declined significantly. When I called to schedule the work, I was told that I would receive a call within that week to set a start date. I was also told to choose materials. I never got a call. I called to follow up and was told to call back in a week. I called back at the specified time and again I was told that I would "definitely" get a call within the week. I never got a call. Finally, I left a message asking for a date and time that the work would start. The next day, I decided to look for a different contractor. Unfortunately, all of this took about a month of my time and the work still isn't done.

They were wonderful and they were very prompt. He gave me a free estimate. It was probably more like 10 days before he got here, but he informed me of that and he was here when he told me he would be.

I called Brian to set up an appointment and the day of our appointment he canceled on me. We set up a time to meet again and he was late due to getting lost. You'd think that a contractor coming to your house would look up where you live before he gets in his car. He was so late, he was unable to make it to our house to give us an estimate because he had another appointment to go to. Not impressed.

Went to the next person on my list with great results!

The work looks good from the outside. Brian came right away to give us an estimate. He did not always call back right away but he showed up on the day he said he would and finished the job that day while we were away at work.

Brian and his workers did a great job on the above ground foundation around my home giving my home a newer and modern look.

A very personable and capable guy, with a long background in brickwork, masonry and stonework. He ended up charging me $50 less than the original estimate.
