Description of Work: My car started to make an awful noise within a couple of blocks from my daughter's house. My son-in-law said take it to Mason's. A resonator pipe required replacement. The part was ordered and it was ready later that day.

 + -1 moreIt went great! They found that the spark plugs on this car had NEVER been changed from the factory. Changed out the plugs and charged lower than the estimate.
Description of Work: Changed spark plugs on 2002 Toyota. Most of the cost was the price of the plugs which are expensive on that model Camry.

 + -1 moreI called Virginia and scheduled an appointment with Dick at Mason's on a Wednesday and I was able to bring in my vehicle the next morning. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 AM and was called by one of D**** mechanics to see if I wanted to have my air filter replaced. I said yes because the charge was worth the time and effort it would of taken myself to find, drive to and purchase the filter myself and the work to take to replace the old one. All worth it and grateful for the work done. My vehicle was ready for pick up at 1 PM ready to go, inspected, four new tires replaced, balanced, aligned and mounted and my on time scheduled oil change. I trust Dick at Mason's with all my automotive repair needs and recommend him to family, friends and anyone I meet that is in need of honest, straight from the hip estimates and repairs. I trust Mason's as the most honest repair shop in the Capital Region.
Description of Work: Oil Change, Air Filter, Tire Mounting and Balancing, and Inspection.
