New radiator, heater core, o2 sensor, new brakes all around ,oil change and inspection . The work took 5 days to complete this was well understood. Rich the Service Manager is the man !!! He called me several times throughout the various repairs' price was fair but more importantly.. I was not jerked around and gouged for money for unnecessary repairs, unlike a particular Jeep dealer that tried with me recently.. David Banker ..you guys rule !!! Also they recently installed a new oil pan and gasket, no more leaking on my driveway add another $700. I own 2 cars and Bankers will service both from now on !!!

The sliding door on my minivan wasn't closing properly. A dealership said it would cost upward of $1500 to replace a bunch of parts. Turns out a latch was loose and just needed some tightening. Loved these guys.

The car hit a curb during a snow storm and bent the rim. They found a replacement rim and saved the tire, which was brand new.  It's a 2005 Toyota, so it wasn't that easy to find a good one. When I called, they kept me informed and it was about what I would have expected in cost.

I backed int my best friend's car & felt soooooo  bad & they were able to fix her car for a very fair price & it looks great!

I got my vehicle back within a few hours.  Although only time will tell, the noise is gone and everything seems fine.  This was my first visit to this shop.  I had heard that they had a fairly good reputation.  Based on my 40+ years of dealing with all sorts of auto service shops, this appears to be a very competent and honest establishment.

The car's been okay. He's very good. A little expensive but very good. If you're a longtime customer, he tends to give you a little break on the price. He also guarantees his work.

It went quite well and as per my expectations. They offered me a ride home as it was raining.

Went great!  I've used this company for over 30 years.  Always gotten a good price on work.  Always respectful and helpful.  All the guys that work there are genuinely concerned about the clients.  Highly recommend!!

Called in the morning for a quote.  They took me in that afternoon.  It was 30.00 less than dealer.  Very happy.

Awesome! I was very happy with their work. A dealership told me the repair would cost upward of $500, they looked and saw that a latch was just loose that needed to be tightened. They fixed it while I thought they were assessing the problem. Then they topped off my steering fluid because the car whined every time the steering wheel turned, and they didn't charge a thing for that. I have never been happier with a mechanic!

The last major work was done in 2011. It was brake work. I was very pleased with the work. The car was purring like a kitten. I have had no major work since.

While driving, the engine shut down and wouldn't restart.  I was towed to Anker's Auto Service and left the car with them.  They soon found the problem and had the car ready for me the same day. My car is over 20 years old, but the guys at Ankers always treat it with the respect it deserves and do a great job at a reasonable price.  I am a new customer at Anker's and from my experience so far I will be taking my car there from now on, everyone is friendly and more than willing to answer questions and address concerns.

It went great -- I forgot the persons name I worked with, but he was very accommodating and helpful in suggestions ways for me to save money (so much that I could have just done it all myself). When they painted my mirror, they accidentally painted the entire mirror AND bracket (which was to remain black), so then he had to repaint the bracket which attached to the car, being very apologetic for the misunderstanding. He fixed it right away, for no cost, and it looks fantastic -- you can't even tell which mirror wasn't original to the car.

Thermostat was replaced without issue.  The car was dropped of the night before, and was ready by noontime as expected.  I felt the price was fair and the work was done correctly.  However, when I paid for the service, I was advised that the front ball joints were "shot", and I was given a price to replace them.  Another shop subsequently determined that the ball joints are in excellent condition, and that no replacement is justified.  My tire wear shows no sign of alignment issues and the car drives fine, without clunks or steering pull that would result from ball joints that are "shot".   I have dealt with Anker's for many years, and always have been satisfied.  This makes me question the integrity of a diagnosis from Anker's.  

Car was dropped off in the morning and picked up later in the day.  Friendly staff and honest about what the car needs and doesn't need.

We've liked them. They are very nice and they are a hometown service. They are very good at explaining their work. They are very nice and accommodating. They explained to my daughter what was going on and what to watch for in the future. We've gone other places and we thought their price was fair. They also give concessions sometimes. We have been very happy with them and have kind of switched to them from someone else.

great although ac had a problem which sent it to dealer free oil change as a result for prior credits.

Always went well. No complaints.
