This is the second time we have dealt with Ally Roofing and were not disappointed. We followed our usual care, getting estimates and recommendations from multiple places and, in the end, there was no contest. From our initial sit-down to the completion of the job, service was excellent; attention to detail, communication, etc. were exceptional. Jacob and Garrett Day spent a lot of time explaining the process, showing the actual materials to be used, time expectation of completing the job, etc. Despite my persistent attention to detail, and multiple queries, there was no question they didn't answer completely to my satisfaction. The job was completed in two days. When they left, there was not a bit of debris left behind; they left the property spotless. Because of the close proximity of houses on either side, they exercised great care in protecting not only my property but that of my neighbors. Their price was fair and they also gave a 10% discount because we are seniors. We recommend them without reservation. Give them a call; you will not be disappointed.

The people in this company are overall so kind and professional. Any questions I asked (I had a lot) they answered quickly and never made me feel like a burden. I would go back to them with no hesitation. The new roof looks amazing and I couldn’t have been more pleased.

We did our homework and also got other estimates but decided to go with Ally Roofing and are so glad we did. From our initial interaction with Dan Rodriguez, to our dealings with Jeff and the roofers who eventually did the work, we were very satisfied. Despite a couple of delays due to the weather, the job was done as specified. We were particularly pleased with the (almost) daily updates from Jeff keeping us in the loop. And when the job was completed, our property was left spotless; they totally removed all debris.

It was fixed in a couple of days! While they were there, they noticed problems with my roof. Jacob came and showed me photos and explained what was happening with my aging shingles and not so professional roofing job that was done on my addition. He was professional and was in no rush to get out the door, allowing me to ask questions and giving me options. Needless to say, he gained my confidence in his company, and is now scheduling the replacement of my roof.

Project was completed quickly. Snow and holidays delayed the start time, but once they started, they were done in about two days. Measured the metal out and had it delivered ahead of time, so they moved quick. Very professional crew.

We’re very happy with the workmanship of our new roof. It pays to get 4-5 estimates/proposals and ask lots of questions. Estimates ranged from a low of $10,000 to a high of $18,000 for our country cape with room addition and porches. Would definitely use Ally again.

They were very professional. they did an excellent job. they made sure that they know what's need to be done before doing the job. Showed me some picture of the roof before the work and pictures of what they did. They did a very good cleaned up and I was very happy.
