My family has been customers of All Brands for years both vacuums and sewing machines.  The first vacuum I bought last year, a Riccar, was to heavy for me to use but my daughter loves it and quickly asked if she could have it. I went back and purchased the same brand but a smaller, lighter vacuum which more than meets my needs yet is easy for me to handle. Joe also helped me customize a hose on a canister vacuum I had already. My questions are answered and it's obvious customers are treated with respect from what I see when I'm in the store.
