I purchased a vacant lot next to my home that another house previously stood on. Because of the sloping grade of the land, it was pretty much impossible to do anything with the property... Until we met Pat...
Pat offered me a very reasonable price and was able to take care of it within days of our meeting. He was punctual and very easy to work with. During the project he asked what I wanted and his work far exceeded our expectations! He carved out the areas where retaining walls will go, leveled an area for a shed and fluffed the extra fill so it will be easier to move when the time comes.
I got an estimate last year that was triple the price and really didn't think I'd ever be able to afford having the foundation for our landscaping project completed. I was very fortunate to find Pat on Craigslist.
I would recommend him in a minute and will be using him again.
