ACE TREE CARE

Rude encounter.

We are a residential household and we reached out to Ace Tree Care, Inc regarding tree trimming services to obtain an estimate and to schedule an appointment. An appointment was made for someone to come to the house to give an estimate. An estimate was given and we were told someone would contact us in a ‘week or so’ when they could come to trim the tree. Three weeks passed then We decided to contact Ace Tree Care, Inc again regarding when and if they were still planning to trim the tree in question. There was no answer so I proceed with a voicemail asking for a response and call back on when we could expect roughly when they thought the could come by to trim the tree in question. Without speaking to anyone and without any warning or confirmation the following day workers showed up at our residence saying they were there to trim the tree and proceeded to be argumentative that if we didn’t allowed them to trim the tree right then and there then we could look for someone else to do the job. From my experience both running a business and working in the customer service field I would seriously AVOID doing business with Ace Tree Care, Inc and would AVOID doing business with the owner Mark Zyskowski due to their company’s lack of respect and unprofessionalism that I experienced when trying to do business with Ace Tree Care, Inc.

Told by owner this job would take 2 full days and a crane would be needed to complete the job. I was told the cost for this job (time and crane, etc) would be $2,600.00. Job was finished in less than one day and crane was not used. In addition, owner claimed at first he never said a crane would be needed, then later admitted he did. Believe it or not, the owner wanted me to pay $2,600.00 in CASH. Later, the owner told me that the quoted price did NOT include tax! I could comment more, but I think the reader of this has gotten the idea. The owner was dishonest and rude. I would not hire this company again. Homeowners - Beware!

Had five estimates for removal of a large old maple tree. Ace Tree Care was by far the most reasonable.
They were a little delayed by the wind and rain, but not their fault. They did an excellent job and were very friendly and professional.
Cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied.

We have used them before. They do a great job, and work very quickly. They also clean up after themselves very well.

The guy was on time, did good work at a reasonable price.

The whole process went great. We called for an estimate and they got right back to us within the day. After the estimate was given I agreed to the price and a time was set for them to come cut down the tree. They came at the stated time and the work was done in a timely fashion. I was well pleased with the work done and I felt their cleanup was good. All in all it was an easy experience and I would call them again for any other trees that I might need to either trim or have taken down..

Diseased tree with branches overhanging house was removed quickly and neatly.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. ACTUALLY, WE MIGHT HAVE ANOTHER TREE THAT WE'LL HAVE TO HAVE REMOVED AGAIN IN THE FALL AND WE'LL USE THEM AGAIN. THEY CAME RIGHT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT WHERE THEY'D LET TREES FALL.

IT WAS EXCELLENT, THEIR PUNCTUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM, EVERYTHING. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER PRICING. I CAN'T EXPECT A TREE CUTTER TO SHOW UP IN A SUIT, BUT AS FAR AS TREE CUTTING GOES, HE WAS VERY, VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DID.
