Erich spent a little over two hours working with each individual key to adjust the pitch of it. He made some suggestions for follow up work in the future, but never pressure me into doing any additional work "right now". I felt his price was extremely fair for the amount of time he spent on the project. Definitely a good value for my money.

Erich was able to provide an appointment within days of my call. He arrived promptly on time and spent a good amount of time "double-tuning" my piano. He worked quietly and did a very thorough, quality job. I'd definitelyrecommend him.

He does a good job and he does it quickly. He sends us a postcard when it is time so we don't lose track of it and we appreciate that. He also charges a reasonable amount of money. He is very clear with us when something is worth doing and also when something is not worth doing and that's important when you are dealing with an old piano.
