Zee Vacuum Stores has been around for a very long time. It is a family owned thing. This is the second vacuum I've bought here in 25 years. He repaired my old one several times. These are very nice people and very helpful. They are not high pressure. This vacuum is top of the line and there is no comparison with a Kenmore that I tried. They will work with you a little on price and often give out free vacuum bags.
