AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I hired Sid for drawings and permit for my remodel in Scarsdale, NY. It was a horrible experience and made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. First thing- his first draft was utterly wrong. As he's an architect, I am shocked that he would get it wrong. I had to correct him and I have no experience in drawing blueprints. Additionally, my contractor said that his drawing was lacking electrical and other vital details. When the county inspector did the initial inspection, they said it was not secure enough and that he needed to update the drawings. Sid was nowhere to be found. Texts, emails, and phone calls were unanswered. I thought something terrible might have happened to him but it turns out he was just ignoring my texts, phone calls, and emails. He only responded when the inspector emailed him directly. I am shocked by the unprofessionalism. He also was three times the price. I should've spent more time finding a better architect. I'm writing this review on yelp, Facebook, and google bc I don't want anybody else to have the same problem that I did.

He did a fantastic job and got the plans back to us within a couple days.
