They tried over years to get their DMP system to work. It never did. Avoid this company!

Find but batteries keep dying, as so power supplies. The entire system has had problems (bad motherboard; dual path comms not working). Avoid

Called fire department in themselves. Camera installation was amateur and an ongoing debacle. Their admin staff stinks too. Awful.

Switched from ADT after 125 years, due to keypads breaking on system no longer supported by them.  Switched to local competitor and prefer them to ADT in every regard.

They are good. We have been with them forever.

They are very good and I have been using them for about 10 years. They seem to know what they are doing and are responsive. I have not had any issues with them.

Lack of responsiveness: We called office to schedule work. After two days, no response. Second call was misdirected to someone on the road. He explained that the first call had been misdirected to him and that this is a frequent occurrence. Result: delay, Lack of professionalism. At the direction of my contractor, I inquired about a "Low voltage inspection." I was told this was not necessary. When I told this to my contractor, he said that "this would be the first job that they did that did not require a low voltage inspection" and to call back. When I called back and spoke to another person, they said that yes, the inspection was required. Result delay. Lack of attention to detail. At the inspection, inspector said that the work performed was not proper. Heat detector required a box. Security panel required a lock box assembly. Also he questioned why salesperson had specified more expensive wireless sensors in upstairs bedrooms which were accessible from unfinished attic.

THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY GOT HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY'D BE HERE. WHENEVER THE ALARM ACCIDENTALLY GOES OFF, THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM. THE PRICE I BELIEVE FOR THE INSTALLATION WAS FREE AND THE 30 DOLLARS A MONTH GIVES ME PEACE OF MIND.

I'M SATISFIED. I THINK THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL OUTFIT. IF THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE, I WOULD HAVE HAD AN ISSUE. THEY HAVE OFFERED ADVICE WITH RESPECT TO A DISH FOR ENHANCING SECURITY. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEIR WORK IS CLEAN CUT. THESE GUYS CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
