Description of Work: I had a leak in our basement and he came out and stopped the leak. The following Wednesday, we had a bigger leak in the same place and he came back right away and found the source of the leak and fixed it.

 + -1 moreDealt directly with the owner Mike Licalzi. He worked very closely with my town to obtain permit and make himself available for inspections from town and utility. His men worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after job. His prices were very competitive. He does not ask for a deposit before work started. He returned my calls promptly when contacted. He is very trustworthy.
Description of Work: He was contracted to pipe in new gas line into house and install new hot water heater.

Description of Work: I called Mike Licalzi after my long-standing plumber told me he could not fix a bolt-related leak issue on the botom of the tank of our high-end master toilet. He suggested we install a new toilet, an expensive and time-consuming task for us at the present time. Licalzi responded within a few minutes of my call, and within two hours was able to simply double up the washers on the bolt so that the tank no longer leaked. He also installed a new fill valve.
