He spotted the problem right away. There was a crack in the water filter so he drained and cleaned it. He gave me a very fair price. He's very knowledeable and a master plumber.

It went great! He is prompt, thorough, neat and he was very nice.

Dealt directly with the owner Mike Licalzi.  He worked very closely with my town to obtain permit and make himself available for inspections from town and utility. His men worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after job. His prices were very competitive. He does not ask for a deposit before work started. He returned my calls promptly when contacted. He is very trustworthy.

They response time is quick, and their quality of work is great. They are neat and clean and the cost of their service reasonable. The workers are very friendly and they communicate very clearly about the work they are going to do, or what the problem is with our plumbing and/or heating.

He is just fantastic. He has a cell phone so; whenever I call him he answers it immediately and comes right away. I never had any problems with him and he is a very nice person. He is also very efficient and I would recommend him to anyone.
