VETERAN BUYERS BEWARE ! ! !
Broker refused to give offer to Sellers because "a VA Guaranteed Mortgage is not a valid offer, anyway". Then Broker refused to give an answer to a valid offer because 10% was not being deposited. The Broker and his agency, Houlihan Lawrence of Scarsdale believe that a Va Guaranteed Mortgage is somehow low-class and don't want to understand them or deal with them. I was the highest bidder on the property by over 20%.
