Was looking to purchase a coop at 1 fountain lane, it was a serious pain trying to get the board application or any information fromthe management company. Also, trying to find out when the board met was impossible. Our real estate agent was horrible and I was the one who luckily knew people that lived there that helped me find this information out. The Hudson Management company that Fountain Ln uses is a joke, it they were this uncaring about giving potential "customoers" information needed to close, could you imagine needing them to handle a real issue! Plus anytime our mortgage guy needed info. it was $100 here $150 there, then when my bank canceled a check I sent them because they didn't cash it for a month, Loretta made it seem like no big deal. My deal fell through because the 1K unit appraised for $145,000 and we were in contract for $163,500 and the seller was not willing to come down at all, and we were not willing to put 20% down then an additional almost $20,000.
